DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) released an updated transaction summary report that provides details on Transaction 104 of SAFE Trust, SOUND Trust, SURE Trust, and STABLE Trust. The collateral portfolio consists of uninsured first-lien residential mortgages originated by a federally regulated financial institution in Canada. The update reflects amendments to the step up in the cash reserve amount.
