Morningstar DBRS Upgrades Republic of Portugal to A (high), Changes Trend to Stable

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) upgraded the Republic of Portugal's Long-Term Foreign and Local Currency - Issuer Ratings to A (high) from "A". At the same time, Morningstar DBRS upgraded Portugal's Short-Term Foreign and Local Currency - Issuer Ratings to R-1 (middle) from R-1 (low). The trends on all ratings have returned to Stable from Positive.
