Artis Real Estate Investment Trust: Rating Report

On February 2, 2024, DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) confirmed the Issuer Rating and Senior Unsecured Debentures rating of Artis Real Estate Investment Trust at BBB (low) and its Preferred Trust Units rating at Pfd-3 (low). At the same time, Morningstar DBRS changed the trend on all ratings to Negative from Stable.
