DBRS Morningstar assigned Provisional Ratings to the Class A1 Notes, Class A2 Notes, and Class A3 Notes to be issued by Bayview Financing SBC Trust 2021-5F (the Issuer), a re-securitization of previously issued commercial mortgage-backed securities, based on the Bayview Financing SBC Trust 2021-5F preliminary offering memorandum, dated September 2, 2021, that the Issuer and its affiliates provided to DBRS Morningstar.
