EDvestinU Private Education Loan Issue No. 3, LLC: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the EDvestinU Private Education Loan Issue No. 3, LLC (EDvestinU No. 3) Series 2021-A Notes (the Notes). The Notes are secured by a pool of private in-school student loans and student loan refinancings (Refi Loans) originated pursuant to New Hampshire Higher Education Loan Corporation’s (NHHELCO) EDvestinU Loan Program (EDvestinU). This transaction represents NHHELCO’s second securitization consisting of Refi Loans as well as NHHELCO’s second securitization consisting of loans originated solely under EDvestinU.
