DBRS Releases JPMCC 2018-ASH8 on DBRS Viewpoint

DBRS Viewpoint is an online commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) platform designed to provide greater transparency into DBRS’s credit analysis and rating process. DBRS Viewpoint is an interactive, data-driven, loan-level platform that provides users with access to DBRS presale reports, surveillance updates, transaction information and contextual loan-level comparable data in a user-friendly manner.

The DBRS presale report is available on DBRS Viewpoint with an enhanced highlighting feature. Users can highlight notable text within the PDF, label and attach a comment if relevant. Complimentary registration and access to the transaction on DBRS Viewpoint is available at http://viewpoint.dbrs.com.

At issuance, DBRS presale reports for each DBRS-rated U.S. and Canadian CMBS transaction will be available on DBRS Viewpoint at http://viewpoint.dbrs.com and as each transaction seasons, DBRS will deliver its ongoing surveillance analysis and up-to-date commentary through the same platform. Data is available on the universe of U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transactions as well as commentary on DBRS-rated conduit transactions.
