DBRS Amends Presale Report on High-Performance Transportation Enterprise – C-470 Express Lanes Project

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today amended the Presale Report on the High-Performance Transportation – C-470 Express Lanes Project. Since the publication of the Presale Report on May 8, 2017, DBRS has received an updated and amended Master Trust Indenture (the Amended MTI) dated May 1, 2017, and has had discussions with Counsel. As a result of our review of the Amended MTI and these discussions, we have updated and amended our Presale Report.
