Press Release

DBRS Discontinues Rating on the Class A1 Notes Issued by Alba 7 SPV S.r.l.

Consumer/Commercial Leases
January 23, 2017

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class A1 Notes issued by Alba 7 SPV S.r.l. (the Issuer).

The rating action reflects the payment in full of the Class A1 Notes as of the payment date, 27 December 2016.

The remaining balance of the Class A1 Notes before the payments in full was EUR 9,319,623.28.

DBRS continues to rate the Class A2, Class B1 and Class B2 Notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology.”

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
