DBRS Publishes Updated Public-Private Partnership Methodology

DBRS has today published an update of its methodology “Rating Public-Private Partnerships.” This methodology supersedes the previous version published in September 2015. While certain details have been clarified in this methodology, including additional detail by asset type as to DBRS’s expectations for the operating and maintenance breakeven ratio and the lifecycle breakeven ratio, changes overall are not material, and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of this update.
