DBRS Publishes Two Updated General Corporate Criteria

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today published two updated general corporate criteria as follows:

-- “Preferred Share and Hybrid Criteria for Corporate Issuers” and
-- “Rating Holding Companies and Their Subsidiaries.”

These updates supersede previous versions published in January 2015. While certain details have been clarified in these methodologies, changes overall are not material and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
