DBRS Releases PPP Summary on Plenary Health Care Partnerships Humber LP

DBRS has published a PPP Summary on Plenary Health Care Partnerships Humber LP, the special-purpose entity created to design, build, finance and maintain a new 1.7 million square foot hospital facility in northwestern Toronto, Ontario, under a 33.63-year project agreement with Humber River Regional Hospital.

DBRS today finalized its provisional rating of “A” with a Stable trend on the issuer’s short- and long-term senior bonds.
