DBRS Discontinues Rating of CHIP Mortgage Trust Series 2005-1 Medium Term Notes

DBRS has today discontinued the rating of the Series 2005-1 Medium Term Notes (the Notes) issued by CHIP Mortgage Trust as the Notes were fully repaid on November 1, 2010.
