DBRS Confirms Société de Transport de Montréal at A (high) and R-1 (low)

DBRS has today confirmed the long- and short- term ratings of the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) at A (high) and R-1 (low), respectively, reflecting the recent confirmation of the City of Montréal (rated A (high) by DBRS). Along with the 15 other municipalities on the island of Montréal, the City fully guarantees all debt, obligations and commitments of STM under the Public Transit Authorities Act.
