DBRS has today released a report that provides additional detail on the recent placement of Great-West Lifeco Inc.’s ratings Under Review with Developing Implications.

On February 1, 2007, DBRS put the ratings Under Review following the Company’s announcement that it had won the bidding for Putnam Investments Trust, the asset management division of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.
