DBRS Releases Reports on Rogers Communications Inc. and Related Entities

Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) has today released reports on Rogers Communications Inc. (RCI or the Company) and its two operating companies, Rogers Cable Inc. (Rogers Cable) and Rogers Wireless Inc. (Rogers Wireless). These reports support the recent upgrade of the ratings of all three companies: RCI to BB; Rogers Cable to BB (high); and Rogers Wireless to BB (high). DBRS has maintained a Positive trend on all three companies.

DBRS notes that the upgrade and Positive trend was driven by reduced financial risk for the group (including RCI, the parent company) and an improved business risk profile at Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless.
